God continues to move powerfully across Thailand. In October, our ministry partners held a baptism for 630 Thai people! Everyone who participated in this public expression of faith has been a follower of Jesus for less than two years.
We estimate that over 800 people in total would have been baptized, but opposition from local religious leaders prevented believers in several villages from coming. In one case, a temple leader used her car to block a bus from leaving! Please continue to pray for the ministry in Thailand as 95 percent of villages still have not heard the Gospel.

“I was so fed up with life,” Hlaing Arkar (at right) in Myanmar shares. “I have a lot of anxiety and depression due to terminal illness and poverty. I didn't think that the pain and suffering would ever end.”
It never occurred to him that God could possibly be real. One day, Hlaing Arkar was discussing his problems with his nephew. “He helped me learn a little bit about Jesus and prayer. I also found out about a meeting in their house, which led me to know more about God,” Hlaing Arkar tells.

A church in every village. A Bible for every believer.
Half of Cambodia’s 14,000 villages still have no church and no Bibles. In 2018, we shared the vision and strategic plan our Cambodian team has to mobilize local believers to start a church in every single unreached village within the next 5 years.
Through your support and the team's work, 794 new churches were started during 2019! We desperately need your help to continue this momentum and supply a Bible for every new believer. The Cambodia team needs us to provide 20,000 Bibles at a cost of $150,000 for the coming year.

Khine was living as a Buddhist monk in Myanmar. One day, he suffered a stroke and was paralyzed. His followers took him to a special clinic for treatment. But even with the best treatment available, he wasn’t getting better.
Feeling desperate, Khine told one of his followers, “I have heard about those Christians. People say that when they pray, anything can happen. Please take me to see them.”
Khine’s friend carried him through their village to a house church meeting. The pastor and the people welcomed them — even though they were surprised to see them. They prayed for Khine to recover...
