Evidence of the Holy Spirit’s fire is spreading throughout Thailand. Thousands of new believers who have found freedom in Christ plus thousands of ministry leaders are fueling that fire with their faith and faithfulness.
Now, you have a new opportunity to be part of what God is doing in Thailand.
In 1984, with only a ninth grade education and no theological training, Somsak Rinnasak (left) started a church in his home. As people began coming to Jesus, Somsak encouraged them to share their newfound faith.
In 2016, when the king of Thailand died, the church-planting movement ignited. Local believers began going from village to village and house to house, telling everyone about Jesus.
There are at least 77,000 villages in Thailand. Reaching all these villages with the Gospel may seem like a daunting task. In a four-year period (2019–2023) — through Reach A Village’s partnership with the Free in Jesus Christ Church Association (FJCCA), a Thai-led church planting movement that is not affiliated with any foreign denomination or mission agency — local believers have reached 2,200 of those villages with the Gospel.
In 2024, FJCCA set a new goal to reach all of the 1,328 villages in the province of Nakhon Sawan in central Thailand with the Gospel. We believe this will cost over $1 million dollars. Though this is a great amount, we know it is achievable with the Lord’s help. Every dollar given will bring us closer to our goal. Your gift today will help provide the Scripture portions, Bibles, training, and even the gas to help reach and transform these villages.
