We are called by God to train and equip local believers, enabling them to reach the unreached and bring them into fellowship with Jesus Christ and His Church, through the power of the Holy Spirit.

We will pursue our purpose effectively on behalf of our donor partners by:

1. Providing Scriptures and related materials through cost-efficient and effective placement systems.
2. Assisting churches and mission organizations by providing them with resources and Scripture to foster personal, family and group Bible study.
3. Partnering with local churches and mission organizations by providing their selected candidates with training in strategic evangelism and how to start new churches.
4. Ensuring accountability systems are in place that measure and report the results our local ministry partners achieve, through the grace and blessing of God.

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God and that every person deserves the opportunity to hear and study God's Word.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is active in the world to reveal the person and plan of God to all people.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

We believe that the eternal salvation of lost and sinful people is brought about only through faith in Jesus Christ through the regeneration of the Holy Spirit. We believe we must help people who have not yet heard the Gospel of eternal salvation to have an opportunity to hear and understand this message as revealed in the Bible.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

We believe that the transformation in the Christian's life will bring about transformation in the family, community, culture and nation.

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
